Crease Design Works leads the end-to-end strategy, design, and execution of the Dost Play Conference a high-impact annual convening in the early childhood education and development ecosystem, supported by global institutions like the LEGO Foundation and aligned with international research frameworks. This is not a conventional conference. It is an immersive, experience-led design system built around the philosophy of Talk, Care, Play where every touchpoint is engineered to make learning felt, not just discussed. Our role spans the entire lifecycle from brand identity, communication strategy, and social media to invite design, registration systems, stakeholder coordination, and complete on-ground experience design. Each edition (2023, 2024, 2025) has been reimagined to elevate engagement, narrative flow, and spatial storytelling. We design environments where policy meets play, research meets reality, and stakeholders become participants — translating complex ideas like early learning, caregiver engagement, and embodied play into tangible, human experiences. From curated play zones and reflection spaces to seamless multi-stakeholder execution, this project demonstrates Crease Design Works’ ability to deliver globally benchmarked, large-scale experiential design for nonprofits, education systems, and international organisations.
